Yuichiro “Jienotsu” Nagashima: Cosplaying Kickboxer
This is Yuichiro “Jienotsu” Nagashima, a professional K-1 kickboxer with a 12/3 record, 9 by KO. He’s also the new reigning champion of the K-1 World MAX 2010 Japan Tournement, which was held on March 27.
Oh yeah…he’s also a crossplayer.
Not frightening enough? Let’s also add the fact that his crossplaying comes out during his ring entrances. Yes…this guy knows he’s a cosplayer and instead of hiding it like most athletes would, he broadcasts the fact to the entire world. So imagine being his opponent and seeing THIS when he enters:

First two songs are from Macross Frontier: “Seikan Hikou” followed by “Chou Jikuu Hanten Nyan Nyan”.
Third song is from Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu (Haruka Nogizaka’s Secret): “Hitosashiyubi Quiet!”
Fourth and fifth songs are from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya): “Hare Hare Yukai ” followed by “Tomare!”
Last three songs are based off of the Touhou series of games: “Tsurupettan” followed by “Help me, ERINNNNNN!!” then “Marisa Stole the Precious Thing”
