Buy New House, Win New Wife

Apparently the real estate market is so bad now, if you buy a new house from the Beijing-based developer Jin Tai Cheng’s “Ecological Bay” Villa project they’ll throw in the cute salesgirl too!  Not only that, but they’ll pay you $13,100 if you end up getting married.  Now THAT’s what I call a deal-sweetener.
