Pho on the house!

So, are you a pho lover like me? If so, you can have a meal on the house if you can eat a massive bowl of pho containing 2 lbs of noodles and 2 lbs of combination beef with tripe in 60 minutes or less. If you can’t finish it, well…you just have to pay for your meal. Any challengers?
